I co-founded Tensor, the largest NFT marketplace on Solana, and Vector, which was acquired by Coinbase in 2025. These days I'm leading the onchain trading team at Coinbase.

Before that I was an AI researcher at Two Sigma, and before that I studied Computer Science and Statistics at the University of Waterloo, with stops at Google, Cockroach Labs, and Shopify along the way.

I write occasionally about startups, crypto, and Canada. I also keep the course notes I hand-wrote (before LLMs!) through four years of Waterloo, because they were useful to me and they seem to be useful to other people too.
